Eun jung Kim
Eun jung Kim approaches swing dancing with curiosity, sincerity, and a deep respect for the beauty of fundamentals.
Rather than focusing on flashy moves, she finds true expression in clear rhythm, intentional footwork, and grounded movement.
Her teaching is rooted in a calm and observant personality. She values the learning process itself just as much as the outcome, and encourages her students to slow down, listen to the music, and find joy in refining the basics.
To her, dance is not simply a skill, but a way of getting to know oneself and practicing honesty through movement.
Often describing herself as “a persistent learner rather than a natural talent,” Eun jung embraces growth through steady effort and heartfelt intention.
Each step, each rhythm, is a chance to move forward with grace and authenticity.
At this festival, she hopes to create a space where everyone can feel connected, grounded, and free within the music—
a space full of rhythm, warmth, and inspiration.

Danka Vyroubalova
Danka Vyroubalova began dancing in childhood, with a foundation in ballet, scenical and street dance. She later became a member of a professional folklore ensemble in the Czech Republic, performing traditional Czech, Slovak, and other folk dances across Europe and beyond — including in Poland, Italy, Scotland, Japan, Toronto, Austria, and Hungary. These early experiences shaped her understanding of rhythm, musicality, and the joy of dancing in community.
Since discovering Swing in 2018, she has immersed herself in various dance scenes across Europe, with a particular focus on Lindy Hop and Collegiate Shag. She has been teaching at Swing Wings in Brno since 2021 and is also an active member of the Rhythm Pilots, a Lindy Hop performance group.
In her classes, Danka focuses on relaxed movement, clear technique, and building comfort with faster tempos — especially for followers. She aims to support ease, awareness, and connection in social dancing, creating an encouraging space where dancers can grow their confidence and musical expression.

Kyler McKessy
Kyler McKessy is an internationally-tolerated Lindy Hop and Vernacular Jazz dancer from Baltimore, Maryland. He first got his claws into the scene shortly post-pandemic and has absolutely refused to exit a dance floor since. An ambi-dancer since birth, Kyler values clear and precise lead and follow mechanics as a pathway to self expression both on the floor and in the classroom, and strives to use his experience in both roles to craft classes that offer something tangible to all students. On the contest floor, Kyler has earned multiple titles from Camp Hollywood, Herrang Dance Camp, and more, but his heart lies with his local scene at the Mobtown Ballroom in Baltimore, where he teaches and DJs regularly. When not dancing, he can be found in a labcoat at Johns Hopkins where he’s pursuing a PhD in human genetics (ask him about his research if you need to fall asleep quickly!). Find him @kylermckessy on instagram and whatever other platforms people use these days.

Daniel Savage
Daniel Savage is a Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz dancer, competitor, and instructor based out of the
Mobtown Ballroom in Baltimore. He has won titles at some of the scene’s most prestigious
events, including the International Lindy Hop Championships, Camp Hollywood, and Lindy
Focus, cementing his reputation as both a skilled competitor and a vibrant performer.
As a teacher, Daniel helps students create playful dances through clear technique. His classes
encourage students to develop both mechanical precision and the spontaneity that makes swing
dance so vibrant. Outside the classroom, Daniel is known to be a bit of a chatterbox. Getting
him to leave a dance is like getting your grandpa to leave the barbeque - it won't happen until he
has yapped with everyone at the event.
Daniel is thrilled to be part of the Bosphorus Swing Festival and looks forward to sharing his love for Lindy Hop
