TRANSPORTATION

The festival will be held at Dedeman Gayrettepe Hotel, and with some classes taking place at Swing Planet Studio in Şişli Bomonti. 

From Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)

  • You can take take the M4 metro line from the airport and get off at Uzunçayır station. At Uzunçayır, transfer to the Metrobüs (either heading to Beylikdüzü or Zincirlikuyu) and get off at Zincirlikuyu station. From Zincirlikuyu it’s about a14-minute walk to the venue. You can check the timetable here.

  • HAVABUS airport shuttle also stops at Zincirlikuyu. From there, Dedeman Istanbul Gayrettepe is very close and easy to access. Check HAVABUS schedules here: https://www.havabus.com

From Istanbul Airport:

  • HAVAIST airport shuttle brings you directly to Zincirlikuyu. From Zincirlikuyu, you can easily reach our main venue Dedeman Istanbul Gayrettepe (just a few minutes by taxi, bus, or even walking distance). Check HAVAIST schedules and tickets here: https://www.hava.ist/en

 

  •  If you prefer the metro, take the M11 metro line from the airport to Gayrettepe

and get off at the last stop (Gayrettepe). From there, it’s about a 14-minute
walk to the venue. You can check the fares and operating hours here.

-Taxi: Taxis are available at the Istanbul airport, and a ride to Gayrettepe costs approximately 1500 TL, depending on traffic.

Swing Planet Studio in Şişli Bomonti is about a 10-minute taxi ride or 20 minutes by metro and walking from the hotel. You can take the M2 metro line from Gayrettepe Station to Osmanbey Station and walk to the studio. The main lessons will be in the same place each day so you won’t need to travel much.

Transportation within Istanbul
   •    Istanbulkart: The Istanbulkart is a reusable smart card valid on all public transportation, including metro, bus, and tram. You can buy one at any metro or bus station.
   •    Taxi Apps: You can use BiTaksi or iTaksi or Uber or inDrive to book taxis easily and get an estimated fare in advance.
